CRS provides dispute resolution services to assist Canberrans to prevent, manage and resolve conflict. Services provided by CRS include: mediation, conflict coaching, facilitation, information and referral.

CRS also provides training and professional development services to government, private, and community organisations. This includes CRS's Nationally-Accredited Mediation Training Program.
