SEARMS has been operating for over 20 years serving Aboriginal housing owners and tenants in the Far South Coast and Capital Region.  This includes applying for funding for capital works, major refurbishments on non-Govt owned housing.

SEARMS has been in the ACT since 2020 seeking to improve housing and housing related services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in the Australian Capital Territory.
